Voting

Can I vote more than once?

Nope. We only allow one submission of votes per email address. You can vote for multiple categories all at once!

How many ways are there to vote?

All voting is done on dinerschoicejakarta.chope.co. The site can also be accessed via chope.co or scan the exclusive Diners’ Choice QR code that can be found at some of our participating restaurants!

Can I vote for the same restaurant in more than one category?

Yes, you can! We encourage you to vote for your favourite restaurant in as many categories as you want. Don’t hold back!

I can’t find the restaurant I want to vote for in the search bar! What can I do?

If a restaurant you love can’t be found in the search bar, that means that it’s not a restaurant that’s transactable on Chope. Please vote for another restaurant instead!

Rewards

I’ve finished voting, but I haven’t received my rewards via email. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing any issues with the submission of votes, please email support.id@chope.co We can assist you there!

How many rewards can I get when I vote?

Vote for at least 4 categories for a chance to win one of the grand prizes.

I don't like the reward I received. Can I exchange it for something else?

All our rewards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Grand Prize

I've finished voting. How do I know if I win the grand prize?

We will announce the winners on our Instagram on 10 October 2023. Stay tuned!

T&Cs

1. Users must vote in at least four categories to get a chance to win the grand prize.
2. The winner will receive only one prize, which may come from Grab, MAP, Chope Deals Discount Code, or a staycation in Bali. The prize for each winner is determined by Chope, and no requests for a change of prize will be entertained.
3. The winner who receives a staycation in Bali will not be provided with flight tickets to Bali.
4. There will be a total of four winners, and they will be selected at random.
5. The winner will be notified via the email used to register for Diners’ Choice 2023 on 10 October.
6. The winner must acknowledge the receipt of the email within 7 days after the announcement to redeem the prize.
7. If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of the email from Chope, the prize will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Chope.
